The PSA welcomes feedback from members on policies, practice, decisions and staff. Formal feedback is received in writing, by letter or fax to PSA, PO Box 3817, Wellington or by email to tricia.french@psa.org.nz.
Members can expect:
• feedback to be acknowledged within 2 working days, advising who will be replying and when
• all complaints or concerns will be investigated
• aformal reply in writing within 20 working days. The reply will include any actions taken or proposed.
The national secretaries are responsible for ensuring that a system is in place to investigate and respond to all complaints or concerns. The assistant secretaries are responsible for investigating any complaints about organisers and the national secretaries are responsible for investigating any complaints received about strategy and support staff.
