Oranga Tamariki

Kia Ora, I’m new to the public service and to Oranga Tamariki after spending 5 years in hospitality; In this time it taught me very well to be warm, open and welcoming to engaging with people from all walks of life and from all over the world.

I pride myself in being a proactive and approachable non-binary masculine presenting individual that always looks at the bigger picture but also not forgetting the small and fine details. In my work and life I try to ensure that everyone has a fair say and representation for everyone especially those that don’t always feel comfortable in addressing problems in a public way.

I come from a very open, accepting and supportive community based in Newtown and also the wider Wellington areas. My work and conduct is always to the highest quality and ethics while using my experiences and learning’s to help encourage new growth and adopt improvements into the system so barriers can be removed not only for my communities but for all of those around me.

I look forward to embarking on this journey with you and for you.
