Nia Bartley

Capital and Coast DHB

Malo ni, Talofa lava, kia orana, taloha, bonjour, ni hao ma, greetings.

I’m a proud born & bred Wellingtonian of mixed heritage and I work at Capital & Coast DHB as a Payroll Specialist.

I have been a delegate for CCDHB since early 2015 & joined the Sector Committee early 2018. I am an active & passionate member of the PSA Pasefika Network and since August 2018 recently became a PSA Women’s Network Committee member.

I am also a member of the PSA Eco Network as climate change is very real & important to us all.

I believe every worker should enjoy what they do and be valued, paid fairly, provided with career opportunities where possible and treated with respect and kindness. Being on the Sector is my opportunity to represent the members within the sector in the best way possible.

I am very much a people person and I feel it is a privilege to be part of this committee to be the voice for those who need a strong advocate for fairness and equality within the workplace and our communities because we are all 100% worth it.
