Job: Manurewa Local Board Democracy Advisor.

Family and personal interests: I have two granddaughters and four grandchildren (three boys and one girl). Playing gutter ball with the grandchildren is such fun. It's amazing how unco you get when not regularly practicing those skills. Grandchildren are a treasure and are a source of many giggles.

My passion is gardening. I love getting out in the garden. It's good for the soul.

I am also a netball umpire and to keep fit I enjoy running.

Union issues to advance on sector committee: I want to keep membership growing and encourage delegate development. I would like to see us find ways to sell the message of our successes, especially to younger people. To find ways to inspire people to join.
