Ministry of Justice
Malo le soifua maua ma le lagi e mama,
I am a Site Delegate based in Wellington for Ministry of Justice.
I was upgraded from a “silent” member to a Delegate in April 2017, my work life changed instantly and even more significantly in August 2018 when I started climbing both the MOJ and PSA structures to where I am now.
My PSA/MOJ Roles include being the Lower North Island Regional Convenor. The LNI Region runs from Taranaki across to Hawkes Bay down to Wellington, covering 39 sites with over 859 members and 59 Delegates that I look after alongside the other 3 ND’s and Regional Secretary for LNI.
I was also elected onto our MOJ National Delegates Committee as 1 of 4 representatives of LNI.
I am also the Co-Convenor of the PSA Pasefika Network, and as of more recently I am also the Wellington Region Convenor for the PSA Youth Network. I have been very fortunate to continue to gain leadership experience within the Union movement, while also advocating for my Pacific People in various avenues through the PSA Structures. I hope one day my Pacific brothers and sisters begin to do the same.
