Phil Coutts (Walking Delegate)

Senior Practitioner | Otago District

Worksite: Invercargill S.C.

How long have you been a delegate? I've been a delegate for 17 years.

Why did you want to be a delegate? I saw a way to better support my work colleagues, as well as the chance to learn new skills along the way.

More about me: I'm passionate about helping and supporting others, not only in the workplace (staff, & people in our care), but those in need. Whanau are very important to me.
