Service Manager, Hamilton Contact Centre
My name is Denise Hutchings. I am a Service Manager in the Hamilton Contact Centre.
I have worked for the Ministry since I was 17 and am proud to be a Public Servant. I previously worked in several Service Centres before joining the Contact Centre in Hamilton when it was established 23 years ago. I have an interest in HR and experience in formal settings around staff performance or code of conduct. I have always appreciated working in partnership with PSA during this time.
I also have experience in Health and Safety as I held this portfolio for several years.
This has been a long time coming in terms of a managers collective and it’s a great step forward. I am excited to be a PSA Managers Delegate.
I’m passionate about what is happening or not happening for managers and will represent managers fairly while working in partnership with the Ministry.
