Greetings from the PSA Pasefika Convenor
Fakaalofa lahi atu, Kia orana, Talofa lava, Taloha ni, Halo, Malo e laumalie, Ni sa bula vinaka, Ki ora and the warmest of Pasefika greetings.
If we haven’t ‘connected’, we have now, just by you taking the time to read this message.
I am the national convenor of the New Zealand Public Service Association’s Komiti Pasefika, and for varying reasons, it’s been a while since there has been any movement in the Pasefika space across, and, within the PSA.
BUT, that’s about to change, the PSA’s executive board are totally supportive of our Komiti Pasefika and are encouraging visibility of our pasefika network, and, more importantly of our pasefika people.
So, with our two PSA Organisers – Stella Teariki (Wellington) and Duane Leo (Auckland) – we are embarking on a journey of re-acquainting our Komiti Pasefika with our pasefika people.
Our first step is to reach out to YOU our pasefika people and provide you with union and community information, this will be part of the build up to our network being up and running again.
Fakaaue lahi – Brian Palalagi, National Convenor NZ PSA Komiti Pasefika.
