Mental Health Awareness Week

This year the PSA is supporting the Mental Health Foundation's Mental Health Awareness week - join the big Lockout on Tuesday 10 October!

The PSA and Stand Together are supporting the Mental Health Foundation's "Lockout" which invites you on Tuesday 10th October from 12 'til 1pm to take some time outside to rest, relax and focus on your wellbeing.

PSAY are coordinating picnics in some of our main centres and we would love you to come along and join us. If you can’t make any of the below invite your workmates to take a break with you at your nearest park or go for a walk, everyone can get involved in there own way

Join us to present the petition at Parliament on Tuesday 10 October at 12pm. RSVP on facebook here.

If you’re not able to attend a picnic on the day, there are plenty of other ways to get involved. Visit the Mental Health Foundation here to see a schedule of activities throughout the week.
