Message from PSA national secretaries

We are all shocked and reeling from the events in Christchurch yesterday (Friday 15 March).

From PSA national secretaries Glenn Barclay and Kerry Davies

The PSA expresses our condolences and solidarity with the Muslim community.

Standing together in unity to express our values of compassion and love is important now.

We voice our values of unity and collectivity to embrace and support our sisters and brothers across our diverse communities.

We also acknowledge those working within emergency and support services dealing with both their own personal emotions and demanding work situation.

Each one of us will also want to demonstrate support and solidarity within the Muslim community within our local neighbourhoods.

Standing together now with expressions of love and kindness against hate is a strong act we can all do.

Arohanui
