Ministry of Education

Your PSA bargaining team is pleased to formally announce the outcomes of the 2019 Ministry of Education – PSA Collective Agreement negotiations.

Please click the links to review the Terms of Settlement and Proposed Collective Agreement.

A significant amount of work has gone into the design of the new remuneration system. We are very pleased with what we have been able to achieve within bargaining and the detail of this is contained with the Terms of Settlement above.

We are also attaching an indicative salary calculator to enable members to approximate a pay increase under the new system.

For a timely response, we have opted to ratify the Terms of Settlement and Draft Collective Agreement via email voting links which you should have received via email.

Members must cast their vote before 5pm on Tuesday 11th June.  A voting result of 50% plus one vote will determine the outcome.

We are pleased to recommend this settlement to members.
