Educating delegates and members on how to have effective conversations that unionise their colleagues. Group presentations are also an important part of the role.

The successful candidate will be a team player and will be able to work well with our industrial staff (organisers) in supporting recruitment programmes in organisations across all of our sectors.

Applicants need to portray a positive representation of the PSA and our values at all times.
