Ballot entry rules:
- Important: Successful entrants in the previous two ballots are not eligible to enter the current year's ballot (regardless of whether they used their booking or cancelled it).
- You must be a full PSA Member or PSA Associate Member with current membership to enter.
- Only enter if you are seriously considering a holiday during this period.
- One entry per member (but your entry can include multiple locations). If you make multiple entries, PSA Plus will consider only the last entry.
- One unit per member for a maximum stay of seven nights.
- Please note the maximum number of guests each unit/apartment will sleep. Entries requesting more than the maximum number of guests permissible will be excluded.
- Deposit and payment must be made before the advised deadlines, or the booking will be cancelled.
- The successful member must be staying in the unit for the duration of the booking. Evidence of current PSA membership and suitable ID should be provided to the Caretaker on request.
How the ballot works
How the ballot works:
- Successful entrants in the previous two ballots are not eligible to enter the current year's ballot (regardless of whether they used their booking or cancelled it).
- Ballot dates are for stays from Friday 19 December 2025 to Saturday 31 January 2026.
- You must enter the ballot online – use the "Click here to enter" button, available once the ballot opens from 1 May 2025.
- Ballot closes at 5pm on Friday 8 August 2025.
- A ballot reminder will appear in the May, June, and July PSA Plus newsletters.
- All ballot entries are randomly drawn for each holiday home location, date, and number of people.
- PSA Plus will email ballot results by the end of August 2025, using the email address given when the member entered the ballot.
